I had a great stay at this hotel in Patagonia. the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even though we didn't speak the local language. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the breathtaking mountain views from the window. Lastly, the breakfast had a wonderful selection of sweet treats, perfect for starting the day off right.
No major complaints, everything was satisfactory.

Upon arrival we were surprised to find the owners kept the hotel open to accommodate us as the last guests of the season even though the previous guests had left long ago. The room was nice and clean and the hotel was definately quiet. There was also a nice selection of breakfast items in the morning. The lady (owner and I wish I could remember her name) spoke good english and was very helpful. I highly recommend this establishment.
The only thing I didn't like about the hotel, hopefully it will be finished in the near future, is the streets are not paved in the area and the street signage is poor. We had some difficulty locating the place. The tourist information person was unfamiliar with the street/area even though they are located maybe a half mile away. This is no fault of the hotel, just ongoing development in the area.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The manager and staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even lent me cash when I was in a bind and didn't have local currency. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fruits and specially cooked eggs. The view from my room was breathtaking and the free WiFi worked perfectly.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, with nothing to complain about.

What a nice surprise to find such a cozy and clean hotel during my recent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite the hotel not offering a restaurant or bar service. The location was perfect with easy access to the town center and many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and definitely a great value for the price. Additionally, the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, offering a great view of the surrounding mountains and lake.
The hotel had poor WiFi service. This was a minor inconvenience, though, as everything else was exceptional. The noise level in the hotel was also a bit of a concern, as it was possible to hear everything happening in the hotel. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making up for the slight unpleasantness of the noise level.

Staff is very courteous. Folks need to be ready to pay in cash since they have problems with their Credit Card machines. A little bit far from the city, but at a walking distance.

Very friendly, family running hotel. Owners are very helpful. We were after serious car accident and the owners were helping us a lot organizing parts/services for our car.
Some people may complaint about breakfast (media lunes, coffe, juice etc), but for me personally it was just fine.

The staff/owners were very friendly and helpful. In terms of value for money I think there were better hotels. The breakfast was standard Argentinian - lots of bread and carbohydrates. Not good for big days out or for Celiacs. I would try somewhere else if I was to return to El Calafete.
I didn't like not being able to pay up-front. I didn't like the fact that the price quoted did not include the 21% tax. Hidden charges put me in a bad mood. The breakfast wasn't great. But the owners were very nice people.

This hotel offered great value for money. The rooms, though average in terms of appearance, were kept clean and well-maintained. The staff, particularly the manager, went above and beyond to provide superb hospitality, even loaning guests money for excursions and offering transportation. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the town and close to some excellent affordable restaurants. the hotel provided a good ratio of price to quality.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.
